BUTTERNUT SQUASH

FLAVOUR
Beige colour with yellow / orange flesh and a unique, oblong shape. Sweet, nutty and creamy taste. Often compared to a pumpkin with richer flavour.

COOKING TIPS
Best for roasting. Butternut squash pairs well with soups, pastas and vegetable medleys.
