We hear it all the time: “I’ve never tried _________; I wouldn’t even know how to eat it!”

This one’s for you – especially if you’ve ever walked past any of these gnarly, knobby little nuggets in the Asian section of the produce department. Next time you see these in-store don’t be afraid to give them a try. You’ll be amazed at the rich, sweet flavour and impossibly juicy texture. (Don’t forget to spit out the seed!)
